From the outside, its glass building immediately captures attention, surrounded by vast vineyards overlooking the village of Samaniego and the Sierra de Cantabria.
Inside, visitors discover seven underground levels that make this one of the most distinctive wineries in the region.

Wines
At Baigorri, the winemaking process follows a vertical, gravity-based system.This method avoids pumps or mechanical lifting, allowing the grapes to reach fermentation intact.
From sorting tables to bottling, the process flows naturally through the underground levels, ensuring each stage is optimized while maintaining the grapes integrity.
Cellar
The grapes come from old vineyards, cultivated through sustainable practices in harmony with nature, combining both traditional and modern methods.
Harvested by hand and processed with care, they are transformed into wines that reflect the authenticity of the land.
The result is a faithful expression of the soil, the climate, and the winemaking tradition of Rioja Alavesa.
