1. Parés Baltà, Pac del Penedés; family vineyard.
Family winery with a long winemaking tradition. The origins date back to the year 1790, when the first vineyards were planted on the Penedés estates, just 30km from the Mediterranean Sea and Barcelona. The aim is to take care of the vineyards in the best possible way to produce organic wines and cavas full of expression and to show the essence of the land; a land that for centuries has been dedicated to the cultivation of the vine. 

2. Finca Collado: Villena (Salinas), AlicanteInland of Alicante, in the heart of the Monastrell kingdom, Finca Collado combines in its restored 19th century house-winery an artisan character in the production of its wines.
In total harmony with its surroundings, this family winery produces limited productions looking for the identity of each variety, Malvasia, Chardonnay, Muscat, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot and old vines of Monastrell. The 12 hectare vineyard has a particular terroir that transmits minerality, complexity and elegance to the wines.

Oli Oli is the first olive oil mill in the Valencian Community with an exclusively organic line, located within the area of influence of the Hoces del Cabriel Natural Park, declared by UNESCO as a Natural Reserve of the Biosphere, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards.
